All-time leader in ERA sent to minors

Jered Weaver has a career ERA of 1.37 in 26.333 IP and he just got sent down to the minors. Below are the top 10 in career ERA through 2005 with 26+ IP. Any pitchers below who are still active have seen their ERAs rise this year or they are still not as low as 1.37. Weaver is obviously in some fast company.

ERA                             ERA
1    Harry Otis                 1.38
2    John Weyhing               1.62
3    Jerry Upp                  1.67
4    Clay Hensley               1.70
5    Huston Street              1.72
6    Fernando Cabrera           1.75
7    Myron Allen                1.77
8    Brandon Medders            1.78
9    Al Spalding                1.78
10   Zach Duke                  1.81

Papelbon?
You're missing Papelbon on this list?  1.42 ERA in 69.7 lifetime innings.

Papelbon?
Thanks. He was only 2.65 entering this year. When I looked at the best ERAs using the Lee Sinins Complete encyclopedia, I looked at the top 20 and then checked to see who was currently playing and it did not seem like anyone could have lowered their ERA enough to make the top ten up through this year. The top 20 did not get even close to 2.65. I figured that no one could have been doing well enough to get up there. It takes an unusually low ERA to bring down 2.65 to 1.42 and I did not thing anyone was doing that well. Should have checked, so thanks for catching that. Luckily it still leaves Weaver number 1.
